Taper Notes :

From a personal point of view I am really sad about this one. Musically they were fantastic. However, just for a bit of background. I went to the Saturday in The Etihad and decided not to tape. 3 weeks later, I really wanted to concentrate on getting a good tape of the Dublin show. Nothing had surfaced from any of their shows thus far so I thought this would be a good time to rectify that. It was an amazing day in Dublin weather wise, HOWEVER, as anybody, who uses AT853's, they know that ANY sort of wind will destroy the recording. It wasn't even that windy that day but I decided to bring my car, drive, stay on the dry and give a friend who traveled from japan and lift to his hostel, two friends who traveled from Spain, a lift back to their accommodation. However, upon returning to my car after the concert, someone had completely destroyed the driver side of my car causing €2,300 worth of damage. No note left, nothing. Then I get home, at least hoping that the recording will be great, and unfortunately, there is too much wind for these mics to handle and I have no shields for them. When it is good, its great, however when it is bad, it is AWFUL. However there is nothing out there from 2016 from THE STONE ROSES so I am going to throw this out there [against my will]. I really tried to do two really good things that night and both backfired on me big time.

I usually say ENJOY as this point but its not appropriate.
