Excelent show, the main set a bit on the short side, but compensated by a brilliant and long encore, well worth the 15 minutes wait. I don't think I've ever seen Doherty that sober, and a new short haircut made him look grown up, right in time for the 35th birthday.

Of course he did the Doherty, from a dive from stage rather early to the disposal of several micstands into the crowd (which the security had to wrestle for) and the disposal of his guitars in a high arc towards the roadie at the side of the stage (only once and of mark, resulting in a shortage of guitars). But he was in total control of the show.

The mix was excelent, bright and clear, just the vocals a bit buried and I was on the balcony about 12 meters from and at the same hight as the right speakers, so the recording is not compromised by the usual Doherty audience down below (except for a few short sequences, when 2 girls with malaligned teeth pushed me aside to show the boring people on the balcony how to properly enjoy a concert).

As the music was very loud I had the levels rather low, which helped with the few chatters, after lowering a couple of volume spikes I raised the overall levels by 3 - 4 dB, applied some hard limiter to close applause and reduced the 15 minuted wait for the encore to a still long enough 4 minutes - the recording does not sound as bright as the one from Berlin, but still nice enough for a Doherty / Babyshambles crowd.
